Rotary Endodontics

Endodontics, or root canal therapy is the treatment of the inside of the tooth for the purpose of removing diseased or damaged nerve tissue in the root canal to allow the saving of a tooth that might otherwise need to be extracted.

Rotary endodontics, or root canal therapy, is a method by which the doctor utilizes an electric handpiece to perform the procedure.  The electric handpiece allows the doctor to clean and shape the canals faster than using hand files and because it is electric, there is no drill noise.  This makes the whole treatment experience much more pleasant.
